The LA Visitations List is a list of vetted providers of Court Ordered Professional Supervised Visitations that services Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

The fees for visitation are set at $60 per hour for all providers on the list. Additionally, the fee for intakes is $50 per party and fee for notes is $40 per visit. Fees for additional services is up to the discretion of the provider.  For challenging cases, providers maintain the right to charge extra. This is a standard practice in the industry and will be evaluated after intake interviews have been completed. 

For your piece of mind, the professional monitors listed are trained and skilled. These monitors follow California Rules of Court 5.20 and Family Code 3200.5, including Mandated Child Abuse Reporter training (section 11165.6). 

All monitors are required to complete and provide proof of the following requirements before being listed:

• Proof of Completing the 24 Hours Supervised Visitations Training

• A Copy of the Trustline Background Check

• Proof of Completing Mandated Reporter Training and Families Change Certificate

• A Completed Form FL-324 PDF, which dictates that they: 

  • Agree to adhere to and enforce the court order regarding supervised visitations.

  • Passed a Trustline background check, allowing them to work with children.

  • Have proof of automobile insurance if transporting children.

  • Have no record or conviction of a DUI in the past 5 years.

  • Have not been on probation or parole in the last 10 years.

  • Have no civil, criminal or juvenile restraining order in the past 10 years.

LA Visitations and Archer Resources LLC do not screen or evaluate providers listed, nor recommend or endorse any of the listed providers. LA Visitations and Archer Resources LLC reserve the right to remove a provider from the list published.

Clients looking for a monitor are responsible for vetting providers and finding one that is suitable for their needs. LA Visitations and Archer Resources LLC are not parties to any transaction between provider and client and are not liable for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from services rendered or not rendered.
